How to Use?
Swish the oil before you brush your teeth or drink anything. Recommend to do in the morning.
1.	Gently swish 2 -3 pumps (1-2tsp) of coconut oil in your mouth and between your teeth for 10-20 minutes. 
2.	Do not swallow any of the oil after swishing as it contains toxins & bacteria "pulled" from your mouth. 
3.	Spit out the oil in the trash (not the sink!) and immediately rinse your mouth out with warm salt water. 
4.	Brush your teeth as normal.
